Superior Service! 
Thank you for your follow up to my service, Sue. I certainly have had problems (in the past) and am glad that not only are they in the past, but that everyone involved (including the service manager) made sure that I was given priority treatment and the incentive to come back.  It pleased me that the service manager stopped by to inquire about my vehicle and the problems that I had had.  This service was superior in the fact that the technician made sure that I knew what parts needed to be replaced, but also noted an item (cosmetic) that he could replace on my next visit.  He wisely did not "push" this item since he knew that I was strapped for time.  I appreciated that!  He also suggested that we "attack" the 60,000 mile warranty work over the next couple of service visits to lessen the financial impact.  This is an absolutely terrific idea!  Your service department is working extremely proactively and will not only result in a more loyal customer base but will also generate extra income for you in these hard times.
