Superior Service!
Thank you for your follow up to my service, Sue. I certainly have had problems (in the past) and am glad that not only are they in the past, but that everyone involved (including the service manager) made sure that I was given priority treatment and the incentive to come back. It pleased me that the service manager stopped by to inquire about my vehicle and the problems that I had had. This service was superior in the fact that the technician made sure that I knew what parts needed to be replaced, but also noted an item (cosmetic) that he could replace on my next visit. He wisely did not "push" this item since he knew that I was strapped for time. I appreciated that! He also suggested that we "attack" the 60,000 mile warranty work over the next couple of service visits to lessen the financial impact. This is an absolutely terrific idea! Your service department is working extremely proactively and will not only result in a more loyal customer base but will also generate extra income for you in these hard times.

We came in for an oil change and started to look at new vans. Chris came out and asked if he coult help us. He showed different vans and we talked and told him what we wanted equipment wise and what we wanted to pay a month and we got things worked out. We enjoyed Chris very much and he has seen to our needs and it was a joy to work with him on this. He is a good salesman and he takes his customers very seriously. He is a pleasure to work with. You all at Chris Leith have made us feel like we are a part of your family and we are very pleased with the service and the consideration we have received. Thank you all again! Chris Leith Dodge's employees were very warm and friendly, but not pushy. The young man that we worked with knew what he was talking about and we never felt pressured into going further than we wanted. One of the reasons he told us about why he worked there was that when he first got there, one of the first things they talked about was honesty. We definitely appreciated his honesty and will be working with him in the future when looking for a car, or even if we have questions about anything, we know that we can count on him to tell it to us straight.
